• EC is a dynamic and passionate community of believers committed to making a lasting impact through its worship services, programs, and extensive community outreach initiatives. Led by Bishop Gary Oliver and his wife Dr. Noemi Oliver.The church offers contemporary-style worship services led by live bands who create an energetic atmosphere where people can experience the power of worship in a community setting. Its teachings are based on biblical truth with an emphasis on practical applications for everyday living.

• EC Ministries provides diverse opportunities for involvement and spiritual growth, including small groups tailored to various needs and interests. It also has impressive youth ministry programs that help young people develop their faith in Jesus Christ as well as contribute positively to their communities.

• Members have shared deeply personal stories about how they encountered God's love and power through the church's teachings and community. They experienced transformation, from emotional pain or physical ailments, overcoming addiction, among others positive impacts caused by EC Ministries' programs.

History And Background Of Encounter Church Ministries

EC Ministries was founded in Benbrook, Texas with the vision, desire and willing to help individuals discover a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and experience hope in all areas of life their lives.

EC Ministries has its roots firmly planted in the vision and dedication of Bishop Gary Oliver, who founded the church over 23 years ago. As a Charismatic church plant located in Benbrook TX, the early years were driven by a desire to create an environment where individuals could have transformative encounters with Jesus Christ.

The foundation laid by Bishop Gary Oliver during those initial years played a crucial role in shaping EC Ministries' core values: loving God's word, loving life, and loving people. EC Ministries is driven by a powerful mission statement that revolves around three core values: love, reach, and empower. These values are reflected in their dedication to glorifying God's word, making disciples, sharing the life-transforming message of Jesus Christ, and addressing the needs of those around them. By focusing on spreading the gospel as an essential aspect of all they do, this ministry strives to have a positive impact on people from all walks of life.

EC Leadership

At the heart of EC Ministries is an exceptional team of passionate leaders and staff members committed to creating a welcoming and life-changing environment for all who walk through their doors. Among these dedicated individuals is Dr. Noemi Oliver, who brings her extensive academic background in Psychology and Leadership to infuse sermons with historical context, enriching the worship experience.

Members from different walks of life come together and join as volunteers to lead events and serve at EC Ministries, truly making this community strong by offering their time, resources, talents resources, and resources.

This diverse group works tirelessly to provide engaging programs for families of all ages, small groups that foster deeper relationships within the congregation while also partnering with other local churches in unity-building initiatives.

EC Bereavement

As a group of compassionate volunteers, we support families during their most challenging times. Your empathy and kindness will be invaluable in providing comfort and solace to those grieving.

EC Ministries offers various worship services, including Sunday services, small groups, and youth programs, as well as community outreach initiatives that promote a deeper understanding of Christ's teachings.

Sunday Services

EC Ministries offers Sunday morning services at 10:00 am and Wednesday evening services at 7:00 pm. The Sunday services involve worship as a response to who God is and what He has done. ENCOUNTER Kids is available during both Sunday services for nursery through children in fifth grade. Attendees can expect relevant and rooted preaching, as well as passionate, Spirit-led worship. Sunday services are currently growing, proving In-House and are streaming their online service through social media platforms such as facebook live, youtube and website. Encounter Church Ministries encourages attendees to use their gifts and talents in service to build up and equip the church to accomplish its mission of making disciples of Jesus bring people who love God, love people, and serve both with joy.

-EC Ministries offers a contemporary style of worship that is filled with energy holy spirit, passion, holy, experience healing spirit, and the presence of God. It's a lively atmosphere where people can experience the power holy spirit of worship in a community setting.

The music is modern and upbeat, featuring live bands that use instruments like guitars, drums, and keyboards to create an engaging and vibrant experience. Additionally, the teaching at EC Ministries is based on biblical truth with an emphasis on practical application for everyday living.

The goal is not just the desire to learn about Jesus life, but the desire to develop a personal relationship with Him as well.

Witnessed Miracles And Healing

EC Ministries has seen a number of miracles and healings through the faith and prayers of ordinary people, many forms its members and visitors. One attendee at a prayer conference reported experiencing miraculous healing from degenerative spine disease, which her family and doctors had said was incurable.

Testimonies are personal stories of Jesus work in individuals' lives, and EC Ministries encourages its members and visitors to share them. Other stories of miracles and healings associated with events at EC Ministries events may be found in various sources.
