The Quickening
A Weekend Experiential Leadership Training Founded on Biblical Principles

November 13-15, 2026 | Friday 6 PM to Sunday 7 PM | Fort Worth, TX

Are you pouring out for everyone else and running on empty yourself? You serve, you lead, you show up for your family, your church and your work. But somewhere along the way, the dreams God put in your heart got pushed to the back burner.

The Quickening is a weekend experience with Klemmer, built for leaders who are ready to be filled again. It isn’t another conference where you sit and take notes. Over two and a half days, you’ll go through hands-on exercises that help you see what’s been holding you back, and you’ll leave with real tools to change it in your faith, your relationships, your finances and your purpose.

Klemmer’s mission is “Creating bold, ethical leaders who will create a world that works for everyone with no one left out.” The Quickening brings that mission home to the Word of God.

What you’ll walk away with:

  • Uncover the hidden beliefs holding you back from the life you say you want
  • Learn to listen in a way that makes people feel safe opening up to you
  • Recognize the most destructive pattern in relationships and learn how to break it
  • Communicate on the same wavelength as others, at home, in ministry and in business
  • Trade victim thinking for freedom, choice and new possibilities
  • Keep your word in a way that builds trust and grows your influence
  • Bounce back faster and free up energy for the goals God placed in your heart
  • Double your capacity to give and receive love
  • Think outside the box and create new strategies for life and business
  • Stop procrastinating and live each day with intention

Who it’s for:

Is there an area of your life where you’re settling for good when you know it could be great? This weekend is made for leaders. You don’t have to be falling apart to come, and you don’t need a title. If you lead anyone, whether that’s a family, a team, a ministry, a business or just yourself, and you know there’s more, this is for you.

Faith before the how:

As Bishop reminded us, faith means doing what God called you to do before we know how it’s going to happen. Delayed obedience is still disobedience.

So pray about it. If it’s His will, it’s His bill. And then do your part. Faith and action go together, and saying yes is how you take the first step.
