“There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out fear, because fear expects punishment. The person who is afraid has not been made perfect in love.”
The Good News: You are perfectly made through God’s love, and because of that, you have nothing to fear or worry about. Understanding and accepting God’s perfect love is crucial for nurturing your emotional well-being, as it fosters self-compassion, helps in addressing negative emotions, and encourages the release of resentment, thereby contributing to a healthier emotional state and enabling you to feel good about yourself.
“God created humanity in God’s own image, in the divine image God created them, male and female God created them.”
The Good News: You are made in God’s image, and if you love God, you should also love yourself. Understanding that you are created in God's image is foundational to developing a healthy self-esteem, recognizing your inherent value, and treating yourself with kindness. This divine origin is a powerful reminder to embrace both your strengths and weaknesses with love.

The Good News: By living through God and living truthfully, you can have pride in yourself.
"Look at the birds in the sky. They don't sow seed or harvest grain or gather crops into barns. Yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you worth much more than they are?"
The Good News: You don't have to be useful or productive or wildly successful to have God love you. You are perfect just as you are.
"I'm sure about this: the one who started a good work in you will stay with you to complete the job by the day of Christ Jesus."

The Good News: God created you carefully before you were even born, and you were marvelously made. This marvel of creation is a call to practice self-compassion, recognizing our imperfections with kindness and understanding, as an integral part of the love and resilience God instills in us. Embracing this understanding allows us to practice self love daily, nurturing our inner and outer selves, embracing our uniqueness, transforming negative mindsets, and expressing self-compassion as a testament to God's wonderful creation.
"God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him won't perish but will have eternal life."
The Good News: No matter how bad you're feeling about yourself, take solace in the fact that you have eternal life through Christ.
“Instead, make yourselves beautiful on the inside, in your hearts, with the enduring quality of a gentle, peaceful spirit. This type of beauty is very precious in God’s eyes.”
Setting boundaries is crucial in maintaining this inner beauty, as it allows us to honor our needs and say 'no' when necessary, preserving our energy and ensuring a balance in our relationships.
The Good News: Outward beauty isn’t important. Instead, focus on the type of beauty God loves — gentleness and peacefulness.

If we live by the Spirit, let's follow the Spirit. Let's not become arrogant, make each other angry, or be jealous of each other."
The Good News: If you are following Christ, there's no need to be arrogant or self-obsessed.
"Understand that the last days will be dangerous times. People will be selfish and love money. They will be the kind of people who brag and who are proud. They will slander others, and they will be disobedient to their parents. They will be ungrateful, unholy, unloving, contrary, and critical. They will be without self-control and brutal, and they won't love what is good. They will be people who are disloyal, reckless, and conceited. They will love pleasure instead of loving God. They will look like they are religious but deny God's power. Avoid people like this."
The Good News: Don't seek approval and praise, but instead focus on God and staying humble.
"No one should look out for their own advantage, but they should look out for each other."
