Optional Focus: The Daniel Plan

For those who desire a structured health-focused fast, we invite you to participate in The Daniel Plan: 40 Days to a Healthier Life during the 21 days of consecration.

You may:

• Participate in The Daniel Plan for the full 21 days,

• Continue beyond the consecration into the full 40 days, or

• Use it as a foundation to adopt a long-term lifestyle of health and stewardship.

The Daniel Plan emphasizes honoring God through Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus, and Friends, encouraging us to care for our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit.

This is not about perfection—it’s about progress, surrender, and obedience. Whether you fast in a traditional way or through a guided health plan, we invite you to journey with us in faith.
